what is going on here?

been making a lot of wood shavings

and taking many long walks.  I don't take many pictures in the city because I feel like it's rude or something to take pictures of people I don't know.  Also, google maps has done it already.

took the night ferry to alameda yesterday.  very quick! very powerful!  same feeling as watching freight trains go by at 50mph.

finally met tim and a few other nice people.
